Kerry's Mom, Julie, was recently visiting her in FL and they whipped up the CUTEST aprons! She emailed me to tell me about them:
My mom and I did some sewing today. We had gotten some vintage tea towels and table placemats on sale at the antique store down the road. I also had some really old 1940s fabric flour sacks my Grandma had stashed away for years. My mom found this tutorial at Eighteenth Century Agrarian Businesshttp://www.ecabonline.com/2010/06/diy-dish-towel-apron.html#more and we whipped some up with our finds. I like the flour sacks specially the one with the Gooch's Best faded emblem. My mom is now officially addicted to pinterest too!

I think these are just fantastic. I can totally see where Kerry gets her crafty gene! Julie is such a creative lady :) I hear that she is going to be spending some extended time there in FL and I cannot wait to see what kind of loveliness they make!
